Refund taking forever

I was mistakenly over charged and ask for a refund on the 29th January 2020 and was told it will take six weeks but still to date no luck.i last time I called I was told my name is on the refund list but they were only refunding those with lawyers,meaning I was nothing getting a refund. Emailing doesn't help or even calling cause when you get through they either place you on hold till you get dropped off or they don't answer. They are so quick to react when the need something from you but should it be they turn they too slow. They seriously need to teach their stuff consumer services as it lack and how to treat us I spend my time calling only to be cut off or not given any answers.
