Refund refusal

Hi at Lyceum college I payed money Wich I was supposed to attend with I soon lost my job ,I asked for a refund and it's been 8 months still I have not received any thing the finance department keep on sending me emails to send them my documents Wich I did 3 times they not even responding to my email their service is poor I would never advice any person to enroll with them it's like the ****med me off my money Wich I have worked for it put so much stress and depression on me
