Refund me please

I registered with them in September last year for ECD and I have been paying ever since and I haven't received any study material, December they deducted R1586.50 and I had to reverse it and I paid R650 as I have be doing since I registered, I emailed Lyceum ask them why they deducted R1586.50 and they told me it was an arrangement that I had made with them, but I asked her because I have been paying why it this happening and I was told to write an email telling them that i was cancelling the R1586.50 debt order and i did and now i had to reverse it again because it was deducted and during January I received an SMS telling me I had to pay R346, what is wrong with this college, I want my money back. I even sent proof of payment of R2950, still they are deducting R1586.50.
