Refund from my overpaid tuition fees

I was a student of lyceum college around the years 2***,i was a cash paying client,i got their calculations from their consultant for my tuition fees and paid as required,in 2020 which was my final year of study,i overpaid my fees with around R3200,which i have being trying to get lyceum to reimburse/refund me to no avail..i was only sent pillar to post with no help at all..so i just wanted to ask for help from hello Peter in this regard.to try and get them to refund me whats due to me
