Refund from lyceum

Hello again.... Early last year i registered with the college as i was assissted by 1 of the lady with the name of Vanessa, at the point she insisted i pay the deposit before i can submit the application on which i did and deposited R3 650.. On the following day i was told that my application was not approved due to credit low credit score... Oh well ii called back the lady informing her and asking to be refunded of which till today i never got my money back and the guy they referred me to he told me end of april last year till today i haven't got my money back and they ni longer answering my calls.... Please i need your assistance
