Refund

This institution is the worst when it comes to communication. Lebo from the finance department never responds to my emails nor bothers to give me an update with regards to my refund. She is the one who stated that I would receive my refund within a period of 3 months but till today I haven’t received anything. I am dissatisfied with their service.
