Refund

It's been 20 months since I app**** for a refund and I have not received my money back. A lady by the Name of Christina Nthorwane was the one who encouraged to pay fees upfront,little did I know that it was a ****. I tried to reach the likes of Maite,Lebohang and Bandile but to date I have not even received my money. The said part is I didn't even get a student number
