Refund

I paid my total fees to study this year but after waiting so long I cancelled my registration. I have been phoning non stop since the 11th of April. First I was asked to send cancellation letter and secondly my bank statement and I'd. I have been speaking to this one and that one and up until now no request for cancellation reflects on their systems. All I WANT IS MY MONEY REFUNDED
