Reception lady is very rude and not willing to ass

This morning i called Lyceum College to get my results and the reception lady put me through a lady by the name of Thandi. She promise to get back to me once she had managed to get my results. At 10:57 i called back in at the reception and the call was only answer after it rang for 5 minutes. The lady that answered the call was very rude and did not want to assist because they are on their way to the year end function, and she did not want to give her name or management contact.<br> 1. Why would Lyceum choose to hold their year end function on the day that the results are release, clearly they don't have the interest of the students at heart.<br> 2. Why do they keep on referring to check the results on to the student portal when it is clearly not working, I have tried to log on with 5 different computers including my cellphone and it keep on giving me an error.<br> 3. Can someone please teach this lady what is customer service. I don't owe Lyceum a cent and all i want is my results that they promised that they will be available today. So this lady must be taught how to treat customers, as much as i am a student, i am still a paying customer.<br>
