Rather go somewhere else - don't bother with Lyceum

It was difficult to even give this one star! My daughter has been enrolled from the beginning of this year. Due to no communication relating to her exams, results of the exams or anything to do with what she needs to do, we have decided to cancel. First email was sent 13 September this year. 19 September was asked why we want to cancel. I respond with the list of reasons. 20 September someone else emails asking why we want to cancel. Again, I state reasons why. 25 September I send another email asking for the procedure to cancel. Received a call on 29 September asking why - again. Again told them why. Lady said she will check with results department and get back to me. Nothing yet. Been sending emails from 3 October. Cannot get hold of anyone on the phone. If you do, they pass you along in a circle and eventually drops the call. Been dealing with a lady called Eunice. This has been the worst experience EVER!
