poor service, slack in marking assignments on time & getting exam time tables

Have not even received my time table for my October exams yet & also not even results for 2 of my assignments. Cannot get through to head office (have tried a few times) and reception at WC branch very unhelpful & unfriendly. So at this stage i do not even know which exams I am actually writing, dates or times. Poor service.....
