Poor service and unreliable

The service is horrible, I registered for four modules and I didn’t get any registration confirmation, by the time I had received my study material I had already submitted my assignments for four modules, and even with assignments there’s no confirmation that they’ve received them, come exam time they release a timetable with only 3 modules telling me that I’m not registered for OHS the 4th modules whereas I‘m paying for it, no one wants to rectify this. I’m disappointed and disgusted honestly.
