Poor service and refusing refund

I enrolled with Lyceum College and I submitted my assignments in Jan for May exam and also app**** to write the exams. I never received any responses that they received my assignments or that I was accepted for the exams till the last two weeks of the exams. I cancelled my studies with them in March. There was no response on my emails even when calling the phone would just ring without anyone picking. When I finally got hold of Eunice she cancelled my studies but refusing me refund. I need the refund to register with another college since they failed me as the college. Worst service I have ever received.
