poor service and dont have students best interest at hear

I have never been so disappointed with lowest level of professionalism showed by Lyceum staff including their seniors. I wrote my exam in May and they sent wrong results also claiming that assignments were not submitted , I sent all he confirmation of assignments. 1 assignment they did not even mark just gave 5% not sure where did it come from. In fact the whole thing is a mess. I have been asking for help some1 to rectify this but no luck they all just ignoring. Its been more that 6 months. I can not even register because no 1 is will to assist. I regret ever studying with Lyceum they just money making business who does not care for their students future and that we study foe a purpose of getting jobs and they go and treat us like our studies do not matter at all.
