Poor service

I was studying with Lyceum college last year and settled my account last year, but even to date they are still deducting. Tried several times to call but no one answers the call. Sent few emails no one replies. Their service is damn poor. Registered January to date got no response, but my money is deducted without proof of registration and study material. I'm highly disappointed
