Poor Service

I would like to complain about Lyceum College poor Call Center Service when it comes to student advisor. I called the College today at 12h30 wanting to request that they email me the proof of registration as my HR Needs that. No phone was picked except for the answering machine guy and music playing behind. I need Lyceum to inform me now what happens when we struggle to get hold of them on what they call a Call Center. Their service is very poor unlike the one in Pretoria and unfortunately I have to call the Joburg one as they are the ones who have my Exam Registration Forms.
