Poor Service

Hello Peter there this college Lyceum. I have requested cancellation earlier January and that cancellation was approved . Have being sending numerous emails to Lebohang Makoro and Eunice Sebabo still not getting my refund. Have paid R15000 but was charged 58% for a refund merely after two months having registered with them. Still now the give me the run around about my refund. I advise people not to register with this unproffesional college and their ********* conduct. Where can I lodge a complaint against this so called Colleges?
