Poor administration

I am a 3rd year student studying disaster and safety management. I wrote my last two subjects drr3147 and ohs 3147 in May 2021. Months went past and I haven't recieved my results to date. Countless emails and calls ignored. After months of trying to get feedback, the 8th of October 2021, I was told by their administration that I haven't uploaded and submitted my exams. I have provided proof of my submissions through screenshots taken in the process of my submissions and yet I have received no help or response from the institution. This is extremely poor services and their incompetence is affecting my career prospects.
