Please help with lyceum college

Everything was fine from 2***,my nightmare began at 2020 I settled my school fees in full in February for the whole year ant Lyceum college in braamfontein Johannesburg,strugged to get my results but finally received my results after 2months of fighting and now, I have a problem with my one module which is curriculum studies in short CUR. For my exam it shows I got 38% which I don't understand, I called emailed the college to send me my script so that I can see how is it possible I got 38% on an online exam.

They are sending me from piar to post no one to take responsibility to send me my script and explain how I got 38% I written on the school's Facebook account they it's now 7 days no one is calling on sending an email of feedback to let me know if they are gonna send me my script or not.. I'm really fed up with Lyceum an the unprofessional service what is so difficult for them to give my script, I've send my details as they asked but I'm waiting helplessly now I don't know where to go who to talk to the year is going by I app**** for a post at a certain school since I told them I waiting for my results so I can give them my academic transcript with all the correct results. Please help me.
