Respectfully this is not fair it's the second time that I can't do anything because of the portal

First time old assignments were loaded - now the modules are not showing on my portal altogether - other students that are paying half and half but have better service than someone who paid the amount in full once off with nothing owing

Please can you send me these assignments manually I want to write and finish this course - or please refund and cancel I already postponed assignments once because of your service failure I wont allow it again
