Not satisfied

I had Otitis Media and had excruciating pain whereby I was booked off the first week, the Doctor told be if it's not better by Friday I need to go back on Monday which I did and I was booked off again and we tried second round of antibiotics. I had a POE to be submitted, the first extension I was granted, my submission date was extended until 6/11/2023, the day I went back to Doctor and got booked off again, I requested for another extension, only by 3 days, so this means I wanted to submit my POE on 09/11/2023. And they rejected it!!! Even though I had a valid Doctors note and everything. Grant those who has valid excuses don't punish them.
