Not all marks allocated according to the assignments done

I have received my results for BA Safety and disaster management for a module General Management. The marks that I have got are as follows , Assignment 1=73% , Assignment 2 =80% and the Final exam =90%. The final mark came back as PD-65 and based on the marks obtained I should be allocated over 80%. I have sent Lauren this query since the 19 , 20 and 24 July 2023 and I just get the same results without any communication or whats so ever.
