No response and extremely terrible service

I regret to have registered with this college, firstly they took long to conclude with my registrations, then after the registrations it took also long to deliver the books, after the books I am still waiting for the assignment results and still waiting for the confirmation of the October exams, no one is actually meeting the customer expectations in this instituation, customer service does not matter at all, dispise numerous emails and calls, till to date not even a single person responded and assisted, they are deliberately ignoring the calls and the emails, the student portal is not even being attended and ineffective, I really regret to have registered with the college.
