No Response

I requested a statement of results or some kind of confirmation about my results from Lyceum Distance college weeks ago, i spoke to Eunice and i explained that i urgently required the above mentioned document for a possible job opportunity , and i also asked about the cost of replacing the certificate , Eunice gave me her e mail address and i have been sending mails but have not even had a response.this is very urgent as i could lose a wonderful opportunity because i do not have some kind of confirmation of my qualification . The original was lost during a recent burglary and all this was explained to Eunice, i have tried calling but every time i call there is no answer.Please can some one assist as i need to submit my document by Wednesday morning at the latest.
