No reimbur*****t of my funds. 4minths later. ???? ????

In January I app**** for the Grader R package. I paid my fees, however withing that same month I advised them of cancelation. As I was finding service failures. I was advised I would be reimbursed with 6weeks. After sending sever emails to Lebohang Makoro, following up by ???? calls, still no reimbur*****t. I contacted there accounts department on several occasion, nobody picks up. Then I contact Ragiem, head of accounts and was assured of reimbur*****t. Now almost 4months later in stll out of pocket!!!!!.
