Nightmare 😡 😡 😡

I had the worst experience. The student advisor who helped me with the registration was very friendly until I paid my registration fee of R3 500. Then she ignored every question I asked after that.

I didn't receive log in details and I sent countless emails requesting assistance and no one helped. Called all the numbers I can find on their website no one answered.

Until I reversed the first debit order, then I had their attention. When they sent me an email of a bounced debit I told them why do they need my money so bad but when I need just a simple explanation or assurance they are unavailable.

I sent an email canceling my studies with them they told me to state the reason, I did. Told me to send my contacts, I did. And that was it.

To my suprise I'm now getting calls from collection lawyers saying I owe lyceum over R 17 000😒
