Neglected student

I regret studying at the college . The service is horrible , I get no assistance . I submitted assignments via email and there was no response on wheather the assignments were received on not . When I call they drop my calls the 083 no that's on the net for student support doesn't exist. I'm so frustarted . I need my exam time table so i can start studying . How will i even get that since there's never anyone to assist. Lyceum college is useless.
