Money making scheme institution, 3 months still waiting for my refund

So i got to know of @ Lyceum through my colleagues. Anywho enquired about the same course online and got TWO different quotes from their student advisors, ok weird. Then I ask Yogi the lady that I continued with if I can do the course I was interested in she advised yes and pay registration fee of R3500. Then later some assessor says no I can’t do that course i should do the one before first, another contraction. By then I decided I don’t want to be associated with such and requested for my money back. Yogi student advisor said 90 days( today it is 90 days) yet Lebo the cashier had said 6 weeks which ended 1st week of April (touché) for refund. At some stage I asked Lebo does it depend on who you are cz my colleague got her refund within two days. When I follow up sometimes I don’t get responses but when I do the two ladies that I have always dealt with all of a sudden they have no role to play - Yogi and/or they are also waiting on head office-Lebo. I just want my money back then we will gladly go our separate ways.
