Lyceum: *********** staff and withholding refund for no reason.

This colleges administration is absolutely pathetic. When Lyceum was deregistered, we decided that my daughter would no longer be studying through them. We completed cancellation documentation at the beginning of April 2024. We are still waiting for our refund. Lebohang has no idea how to read or answer an email. I can send an email and she will answer it asking for information provided in my original email. Her promises are empty. And she ignores most emails sent. I am tired of hearing sob stories about their problems and being given dates when my refund will be paid, and it just never is. I have contacted cancellations, management, refunds@educor and more, and they couldn't even be bothered replying.
