Lyceum refusing to cancel my course so they can continue taking my money

I asked to cancel this course almost a month ago. Nothing, Eunice responds asking me why, I gave my reasons - Which is that they render a terrible service. This is like a money making scheme. And now I get messages about them trying to take my money again. This college should be reported to the Departed of Education and I am going to do just that.
