Lyceum refuses results even if account is ok

I am student number 165308.

I am struggling to get my exam results from Lyceum since 22 December I am trying to call and mail to get my results so that I can apply for supplementary in time.

On my dashboard are no results as it is said my account is not in order.

I have already send proof that my account is on order on the 22 December as well as my employer also sent proof that the account was sorted.

Still until today every day I have spent several hours phoning and mailing with no success. Today for example I waited on the phone queue starting at 30th in line. After maybe hours eventually I dropped to no 1 in line, and then? Then my call was dropped by Lyceum.

Lots of effort l, energy, time and air time down the drain for nothing.

I still haven't got any results or any assistance from the many different people I phoned. And the supplementary application closed yesterday.

This is very poor service and very unfair.

I demand my results and a change to still apply for supplementary or special exams.

Please assist asap.
