Lyceum ran away with my money

Enrolled and paid in full for the year then they had to refund me money for early bird in 2018 I waited and waited to no avail.2019 again I paid the fees on full for the year and again they were supposed to refund me some money guess what 1 year 10months layer I am still waiting for my money, I call everyday and they give me a run around today the finance lady told me it's my problem I must call head office which I did and o spoke to Anna or Anya not sure who promised me to call me back. I am still waiting. I am sick and tired of this college.study materials arrives late even if you pay fees the previous year and on full.student advisors till today that lady called me once last year in March.ezam time tables always are late or have errors....NEVER AGAIN
