Lyceum money exploiters college

Horrible institution. It deserves to be closed and never to be opened again. I went against the will of my partner to register for a degree with them. I agreed to pay them on monthly basis, and I did. Initially I told them that I prefer to write my exams say in a week by October-November. They promised and finally registered but when I was supposed to sit for exams I could not even get onto their portal until I left South Africa. I received a not stating that I qualify for a supplementary, I never sat for an examination! I cancelled their contract and their 1 year money was paid in full, I have the proof. After 3 years , 07th of July 2024, I receive an email that claims I owe them R1600 plus and I qualify for a discount. I do not owe them at all. The email is from their appointed debtcollectors believe, Fusion. I want to sue these people, I need a very good legal representative to take them on.
