Lyceum loosing student exam answer sheets

My little sister wrote exams last year but she is being told they can't find her examination paper, which means she did not write. Now she had to pay R10 000 to rewrite. She signed the registers on the exam day. How come they are also missing? Somebody please help resolve this hatter, this us really discouraging the young ones.
