Lyceum is trash

I'm a registered student with Lyceum college and I had gotten assistance from the late student advisor So what she had helped me with was my registration forms and and how to fill in the forms. I paid for my registration on the 20th of March 2019 then continued my application on the 12/13 April so then my advisor has been helping me but communication broke down the following week when I had been calling her several times but no answer until I called the school and was told that she was no more by then I was also asking for my acceptance letter which I received from some consultant then he said I should call the school to ask them to allocate me a new student advisor and I did that then they handed me over to a new one but no communication took place ever since. I've been waiting for my books and assignments and none has been delivered to me cause it's a long distance learning situation and I was told my books would be couriered to me after 21 working days but still no books have arrived And I asked if I could get my refund back, the R3500 I paid and the R1538 which they took from my mom's account So I asked to cancel being a student cause Honestly they not professional
