Lyceum head office probably broke that they do not want to refund students

So almost 4 months still no credit refund on an overcharge of my study account Now the excuse is: We are awaiting feedback as the refund documents were sent to head office to schedule the refunds payments

Service levels from all departments is awful - DO NOT USE LYCEUM COLLEGE
