Lyceum college update on bad treatment, unhuman and unfair

Good day All

Ever since I wrote my review on the 27 October 2023 about the the unfair and unhumanness of Lyceum college, nothing has been resolved. I did not recieve any communication or assistance from lyceum except for Ma'am Eunice from lyceum college whom called me later that day I posted the first review on hellopeter to confirm if I have posted my burning issue on hellopeter. She was emailed by I suppose the head of lyceum to ask me . Why the head can not ask me herself?. Anyway the head person was issue with my contact details by Ma Eunice and guess what. The head person never ever ever contacted me.

Ma Eunice was then sent another email partially stating as to why I don't use their lyceum email to communicate. No one will tell me how to communicate and what to use. Communication is communication either way. I have used the lyceum email to communicate, by the way.. they must check with commerce and amukelani ( their people should inform them). Besides that.

I have now been forced to take the matter to department of education whom is highly looking into it and also my attorney.

Amy attorney also contacted me yesterday with feedback as to they can not get hold of lyceum on ***. They not even getting responds back on emailing them. They don't respond to my attorneys emails.

So where do we draw the line here at lyceum college.

Out of 8 module I wrote, I could only get excess to results on 1 module. The rest does not give me any option to see whether it's graded or not. This is now the student portal.... but I did drop them a email this morning. Let's see if they will reply.

Lyceum does not put their students first, to me it looks like they more interested In payments.

I see now why my department has removed them from their list of colleges to pay bursaries for. I don't blame my department and now I see why.

I don't recommend lyceum at all. Their communication and problem solving skills are 0%.

I'm glad this is my last year.

Anyone whom can suggest any other method on how to further this.....
