Lyceum college their customer service is very bad for online students

I’ve been calling the college several times they don’t answer my calls they put me on hold forever. yet they debit money from my account I ask for finance statement till today nothing . I even sent registration forms last week but even today I’m not registered. Lyceum college they are ***********.
