Lyceum college takes award of poor bad service and communication

Lyceum must fire *********** staff members, most are not professionals and for some of us its frustrating when u can't be assisted whilst you don't even owe the college but receiving bad service. Since i app**** for my Diploma in September 2020 and mind you my last exam was on October 2019 but to this date i dont get straight answers to why can't i get my qualification.I wont reccomend the college to anyone
