Lyceum College is the worst College in Africa

Year before last I registered with Lyceum College to do Disaster management course with them for the year 2020,little did I know that I have taken the best decision but with the worst College ever.

Initially, when I registered I waited for material, which came after my assignments submission date, I was given an extension because of that but also it was unfortunate because due to Covid-19 I started earning 40% of my actual salary, I called and tried to negotiate that I pay lesser or get de-registered because I won't be able to afford the amount I was paying anymore, they gave me an email address to communicate with someone who is supposedly is in charge of that department, until today I am waiting for their feedback, I even stopped paying.

This year they called, demanding I pay them or else they will handover the matter to their lawyers, to avoid being blacklisted I made payment arrangements with them. Month end after I paid the agreed amount, I called them to confirm payment, I spoke to a very rude lady by the name of Andiswa Nyathi, she said I should send an email of the receipt then she will update it on the system, I did exactly that but something in me did not really trust her because she was on the phone speaking 2 me while making conversation with other people around her, she sounded very playful also.

I then called two weeks after I sent her that email to confirm if the updated my receipt on their system, I spoke to a lady called Premie Naido. She checked the system and found that it was never updated, so clearly Andiswa never did what was discussed, Premie gave me her email address, she sounded so professional. I sent her the proof of payment and it was done in seconds.

In a nutshell, Lyceum College is the worst College anyone could register with, I stop everyone who tells me they wanna study thru Lyceum because not only you'll pay for services that were not rendered to you but they have unprofessional and rude people to be servicing us, taking calls.
