Lyceum College is PATHETIC!!!!

I am a registered student at Lyceum and I will NEVER recommend this college to anyone. I have all the proof where I have been trying for almost a year to get assistance with a matter. After months a financial assistant was the only one who provided me with contact details of someone that should assist. Even with the assistance of someone it even concerned with academics or the matter at hand I still haven't been helped. Either the person who responds to your email is incapable of constructing a sentence or they just ignore your calls and emails. I am writing exams in 2 weeks and I have NO idea on which subjects or what content should be studied. I finally got through to the admin department today and was rudely told that the manager will contact me immediately. STILL I HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD. Surely this is not the way education is meant to take place. I am a well educated adult with an Hons degree obtained from NWU, that decided to use Lyceum to further educate myself. Choosing Lyceum was DEFINATELY NOT the place to do so. I will advise all students who are currently considering Lyceum to stay away.
