Lyceum college is like a ****, they are not responsible at all

During the period of uploading assignments i struggled with uploading my assignments due to the school portal giving me problems from the 1st of August while the due date was on the 2nd of August. I did email the school stating my problem I even tried to download an app called moodle that you can upload your Lyceum assignments which also did not work but I emailed the school stating that I need to upload my assignments but I'm having troubles in doing that . I only got the response in 6th of August which was over the due date which was on the 2nd August. I was not able to upload my assignments due to all of that. Now they are telling me I am not going to write the exams while I did email them before the due date. I tried to tell them the fault was in their portal they told me to send the proof of the portal giving me problems of which I did have a proof, I made a screenshot of the portal giving me problems and and also I did screenshot the email I sent to the school in the faculty of education on the 1st, but the email was rep**** to by nqobile hlatshwayo on the 6th I provide the proof but there has been no reply, I got a call from the administrator I told them through the phone to check the email and the proof that I attached to the email they said they are going to get back to me but there has been no reply since yesterday morning now Im concerned about my future and I have spent so much money already for them to tell me I am not going to write exams while their portal had a problem and I have proof of that. The exams are approaching but I'm not getting any reply from the school.
