Lyceum College is a ****. I paid a minimum fee of R3,000 on December 25, 2018, to enroll in a BA in Disaster and Safety Management starting in January 2019. However, I received incorrect study materials and, despite sending multiple emails requesting the correct materials, I received no positive response from the college.

I was shuffled between branches in Pretoria and Braamfontein, where I experienced poor service from the staff. I was told to contact the person who registered me, William Hulley, but he has since disappeared and is no longer answering my calls, WhatsApp messages, or emails.

Is this even legal? Lyceum College, stop the coercing me and refund my money!
