Lyceum College

In 2020 I registered with Lyceum to do a Diploma in Grade R Teaching. When I received the material, I found that the material was written very poorly. Sentences did not contain the proper adjectives, the tenses were incorrect, and the use of grammar was very poor.

This was so distracting, and I could not focus on the objective of learning the material. Therefore, on 24 November, I made a decision to stop my Diploma through Lyceum, and I requested a refund.

The Dean responded to me the very next day and agreed that the examples I pointed out, do indeed point to extremely poor academic quality assurance.

So the process for the refund started on 24 November 2020. Since then, I have made numerous follow ups on when I would receive the refund. The financial consultant advised that it would take three months. So I was patient until 1 March 2021. I have requested more details on when the refund will be paid back to me. The financial consultant cannot confirm when the payment will be done at this stage. I escalated to the Dean, who has not bothered to respond to me.

This is an educational institution, and in my opinion, they should not have many payments going out, so why have I not received my money back? I don't understand it, and have requested clarity on this. But no response has been received. I am incredibly disappointed that no one has bothered to respond with some kind of answer.

Some examples of the poor material: Any toy should offers educational value..... Easily to clean and maintained.. Exposure to a word banks displayed in the classroom they get use with the specific word.... Solve problems when the pieces get tumbling down... The scribbling stage: the eighteen years old to two year of age... They display what they see in a different way what it is in real life.. The second language is refer to as English as a second additional.... Planned activities to instill what is learnt and....

These are just a few of the issues I came across.
