Lyceum college does not want to refund me after not registering me for a long time.

I made an applications with Lyceum in May I wanted to study for a diploma in grade R teaching. The other lady who goes by the name of Thabile Mazibuko called me she was very sweet an told me she will be helping me through everything.

She then told me I meet all the requirements an I should now pay a registration fee of R4000 which I did.Just after payment thabile never attended me again.

I tried calling their landline everyone who I was talking to was giving me an attitude a very rude one an they told me they can't help me I must deal with an individual who is Thabile I was so helpless.

I kept on calling her an sending emails with no response. The other day I got an email from one guy who also work for the institution saying application were open I then responded to that guy telling him how desperate I was.

Then the guy forwarded my e-mail to another one called lebogang I told him I needed my refund since I haven't been registered with their institution he asked me to send my documents which I did an told me I will get my refund in 3months time Atleast it was something.

In few days I received an sms saying I've been registered I responded I don't want anything to do with their institution I want my money.as I was still battling with that the courier guy called me an say he has my books I told him I have no bussiness with them mind u it's September the exams are in October.

I relaxed they deducted money from my bank account for what I don't know coz I have made it clear I don't want anything to do with them now I must reverse the money which will obviously affect my credit record.

Please help me am helpless currently I have app**** with unisa with the hope that they will bring back my money and I will use it for registration.
