Lyceum college complaint

I am currently doing my 3rd year in Diploma in grade R teaching at Lyceum. I have been trying to get my assignment results and to find out when to register for exams by contacting every number I have for Lyceum and getting no answer and constantly checking the student portal. My student advisor has told me registration is NOT open yet, but after finally getting through to the Brits branch (where I am NOT based) I was told that 3rd year student are not told when registration opens and has, in fact, already been closed.

The lack of communication with your students is ********* and unprofessional. The frustration you are causing is reprehensible. I have the right to expect professional conduct for a service I am paying for. I need a response from Lyceum on how this will be resolved.
