LYCEUM COLLEGE ALETTA RIDDLES

I am very ****ed with the service from Aletta Riddles. On behalf of my sister, I sent her a graduation form for her graduation on the 18th of October, we did not receive any communication whether she received it or not, or if my sister is graduating or not on the day. we went there without proper details. Again I sent her an email on the 24th of October requesting the academic record still there was no response. I have been calling her as from Monday the 28th until today I managed to get hold of her and she gave lame excuses in a very unprofessional way and those crazy laughs at the end of each sentence. I seriously don't understand why this was not given to my sister on her graduation day as they only gave her a diploma but others received both diploma and the academic record. right now she is offered a job and it cant be finalized until she gives them her academic record.
