Lyceum college

I have paid an amount in May 2022 and a month later I have asked if I could get a refund and it's been 5 months I'm still waiting on my refund. I was never registered.Every time I call its a new excuse about I must wait for 3 months. It's been 5 Months. I'm taking thus further. I don't understand why it's taking so LONG 2 REFUND MY MONEY I sent my details to numerous people working for lyceum but I still did not receive my money.
