Lyceum Collage

This is the most useless collage in South Africa, or must I say, there is no name to call them, we enroll my daughter with this collage for the Grade R teaching course, but the sad part is they can register you quickly but after the registration they disappear and you don't hear anything from them again, you can write mails and they don't respond, you can phone the principle and that is the same response that you get from him, now I know, the teachers act like this, because the principle and his principles is acting like this, they are proud examples

The registration for the exams closed yesterday ( 30 Sept 2021 ) but there was no documentation on the student portal, there was no mails from anybody regarding the registration for the exams and no correspondence from lyceum regarding the exam registration on a mail

I want to know, we were supposed to hear from lyceum before the end of Sept 2021 to register for the exams, now that we missed the registration, what is the way foreword to register for the exams

We also have all the evidence that we start to ask for the registration papers a month ago and there was no replay from anybody at lyceum telephonically or by mail

If my daughter cant write her exams because of you negligence, then I need a refund for the cost of the course of R25000 or she need to register
