Lyceum broke as they cannot even refund according to own 3 month policy

We are going on 8 months now with a refund of R1568.00 due back to me as a student app**** 1st April 2022 and for months now I am being ignored by Lebo and the finance team on my refund and Sihle. I have been retrenched and urgently required my refund back. Lyceum think its a joke to withhold over charging a student on there account and then refunding them Student number 150101 ***
